Refund policy
Everything we sell is made or delivered just for you: merch is printed on demand, coffee is roasted to order, and eBooks are delivered instantly. Because of that, our policy works a little differently from traditional retail. Here’s how it works for each kind of product.
Printed merch
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or for the wrong size being chosen. Each item is printed specifically for your order and cannot be resold. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Coffee
Coffee is a food product roasted to order, so we cannot accept returns of coffee, opened or unopened, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference. If your bag arrives damaged, opened, or is not the coffee you ordered, we will replace it or refund it.
eBooks
eBooks are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so all eBook sales are final once your download link has been delivered. We will make it right if:
• your file won’t open, is corrupted, or is the wrong book. We’ll send a working file, or refund you if we can’t fix it.
• you never received your download link and we can’t resolve it.
• you accidentally bought the same eBook twice. We’ll refund the duplicate.
If an eBook is part of a bundle, the same rules apply to the eBook. The physical items in the bundle follow the merch rules above.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a refund or replacement. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or of your eBook download link being delivered) with your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.
How to request a refund or replacement
Contact us through our store with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Replacement items are made and shipped as quickly as possible.
Final sale
Because every item is made to order, roasted to order, or delivered digitally, all sales are final except in the cases described above.
